Hunt Pinnacle is honored to have the opportunity to operate and manage the family housing at Patrick Air Force Base. Starting November 2008, our team will be working to renovate where needed and maintain the family housing while providing exceptional management services to our residents. 	What are our options? You will need to sign a lease prior to the closing date, 4 Nov 08. You will be offered the standard 1 year lease. If you decide not to stay prior to 4 Nov, go to the Base Housing Office and apply for your move and your PDLA. Please consult with the Base Housing and Legal Offices to understand all the details that each of your options entail so that you can make the best decision for your situation. Will lease be a full year and automatically renewed? The lease is for one full year and will then revert to month to month, unless you wish to renew another full year lease.
